I am a big fan of sweet potatoes (Lori, not so much), and I try to include them in as many meals as possible. From baked sweet potato with my grass fed steak, to fries, to an amazing dish called Piggy Hash that we get for breakfast at our favorite local butcher's kitchen.
Sweet potatoes are not only tasty (and sweet) but they are really good for you as well, which is why we include them in our bars, as one of the main ingredients!
