Returns & Refunds Policy

We stand behind our products and want you to feel confident ordering from Muscle Up Bars.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Unopened and unused products are eligible for a full refund.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Due to the nature of food products, opened bars are not eligible for return, but if there’s an issue, please reach out — we’ll make it right.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.
In those cases, we’ll cover return shipping or send a replacement immediately.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.

We will replace bars or apparel if they arrive damaged or defective.
