'The Original' Muscle Up Bar was developed by a pair of masters athletes who couldn't find an existing protein bar on the market that included the two most essential elements in their diet: grass fed, pasture raised protein and sweet potatoes.

Our Mission
Our mission at Muscle Up is to help make the athlete in all of us Stronger, Faster and Leaner.
Stronger, from our grass fed proteins.
Faster, from the natural burst of energy you get from sweet potato.
Leaner, from the quality ingredients, low natural sugar, and always at least twice as much protein as sugar.
We will only use the finest ingredients available to produce the best possible protein bars. Each bar will be made with 2-3 times more protein than sugar and never with any sugar alcohols or stevia, so no after taste!
We are also committed to doing our part to nurture the future of health and fitness. With this in mind, we have committed to create a scholarship program funded with 25% of the annual profits from the sale of Muscle Up Bars. Scholarships will be awarded to graduating high school seniors who intend to major in one of the Exercise Sciences, including but not limited to: Kinesiology, Fitness and nutrition, Rehabilitation sciences, Chiropractic, Exercise physiology
About The Founders
We reside in Fairfield County, Connecticut and are active members of CrossFit RedZone in Newtown and CrossFit Westport.
Tony is an accomplished masters athlete, a five-time Masters Qualifier, a six time Olympic Weightlifting state record holder, and a 3 time USAW American Open medalist.
Lori is a masters athlete, a Level 2 Trainer, an Olympic Weightlifting State Record Holder, and a 3 time USAW American Open Medalist!
