Protein is an important macronutrient. There are many protein choices. Grass-fed protein is better! Grass-fed whey protein comes from grass-fed cows.  These cows graze fields and eat grass. Grass-fed cows are almost always raised without antibiotics, steroids, or pesticides, all of which have been found to pass down damaging effects to humans with the consumption of cow byproducts.
